Best of the Week in 3D Printing: Dominos, South Park and Stratasys

Every Friday, ThreeD Materials picks 3 of the week's top stories from the world of 3d printing.  Here they are:

1) Dominos Will Be Delivering Pizza Via 3D Printed Drones

It may be the favorite story we've ever written here at ThreeD Materials.

Dominos is set to deliver pizza via drones produced with 3d printers.  Really.

2) Cartman and South Park Become 3D Printed Toys

What would Cartman say if he knew he was being 3d printed?

Well, today it was announced that South Park has launched a line of 3d printed characters, including Cartman, Kenny, Kyle, Stan, Terrance and plenty of others.

3) Stratasys Working on Unlimited Size for 3D Printed Objects

One of the primary limitations of 3d printing is the size of the objects being made.  Build volumes - which determines the maximum size a print can be - on 3d printers vary a great deal, with some coming in at at 4 x 4 x 4 (in) and others at 40 x 40 x 40 (in).
